Alison Holland serves as Chief Customer Officer, leading Medable’s efforts to help customers configure, launch, and scale clinical trials more efficiently and effectively. Since joining Medable in 2020, Alison has played a key role in shaping and delivering several of the company’s most impactful innovations, including eCOA+, Total Consent, and Therapeutic Area workflows. These solutions have helped sponsors reduce study timelines by as much as 50%, accelerating the path from protocol to patient.
